Is there a free trial?
Yes. A free trial session helps us identify your level and introduce our approach.
Are lessons one-to-one?
Yes. Package lessons are individual and last 45 minutes.
What is the starting age?
Children can start from age four, with a starting point matched to their level.
Can I join from outside Egypt?
Yes. Online lesson times are arranged around your time zone and teacher availability.
How do I choose a programme?
We discuss your level and goals to choose Quran, Arabic or Islamic Studies.
Can I change my teacher?
Contact the administration to arrange a suitable change.
Is homework provided?
Suitable practice is provided; parental follow-up helps children benefit from it.
Can I reschedule?
Rescheduling is free with at least five hours’ notice.
What if the teacher cancels?
A replacement lesson is provided free.
Can I request a refund?
Full refunds are available before lessons begin. Attended lessons are non-refundable; unused lessons can be refunded for multi-month advance payments.
What equipment do I need?
A suitable device, stable internet, working microphone and a quiet learning space.
How do I register?
Complete the free trial form and we will contact you on WhatsApp to arrange a time.
