Rescheduling and refunds
- Free rescheduling with at least five hours’ notice.
- Full refund before lessons begin.
- Attended lessons are non-refundable.
- Unused lessons can be refunded for multi-month advance payments.
- Teacher cancellations are replaced with a free lesson.
